The Role
We’re looking for a driven and proactive Account Manager to take ownership of client accounts and recruitment within the Health and Social Care sector. You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting your own candidates, ensuring they meet compliance standards, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide the best staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs.
- Proactively attract, source, and recruit healthcare professionals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure all candidates meet compliance requirements, including right-to-work checks, training, and reference verification.
- Manage and coordinate client bookings, ensuring timely placement of candidates.
- Provide a high level of customer service and resolve any client or candidate queries efficiently.
- Identify new business opportunities to grow client accounts.
