Head chef is required for a new Restaurant opening in the Great Yarmouth area, this restaurant will be using local Pork and meats plus fish from local sources. Head chef required to open this restaurant, goodwork life balance, good size kitchen and prep space. The kitchen has a team of 3.

The role
As a head chef, you will be part of the launch of the Restaurant team that will launch and open the restaurant. You will ensure everything runs smoothly in the kitchen in service, you will ensure the launch night goes well and the opening is smooth. You will help to develop the restaurant as it opens. This role will include all the standard head chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a head chef or a sous chef ready to step upto a head chef level. you will be able to cope in a small team and it is a very hands on role. you must be happy with cooking and being hands on.
