Main purpose of job

The role sits with the Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC), the successful applicant will be joining our existing team and will be required to carry out alarm handling, CCTV monitoring on bespoke systems, PC data entry and operational manning activities to sites and camera locations.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

including (but not limited to):

Carry our operational manning activities covering camera sites and out of hours operations phones ensuring that any issues are highlighted in line with customer service level agreements/Company policy

Prompt response to customer issues to ensure customer relationships are maintained

Good administration and housekeeping always maintained
