- Proactively contributing to the growth and success of the business, including generating revenue in line with expectations, and continuous lead generation.
- Undertaking new business development tactics and producing new sales opportunities, including identifying new leads and driving business growth.
- Actively participating in industry events in the UK and internationally to nurture and create connections with industry leaders, contacts, and clients.
- Managing client relationships including travelling to meet with clients, understanding their needs, and creating (and maintaining) strong relationships.
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing team by assisting with preparation of quotes for clients.
- Ad hoc Sales Executive responsibilities including supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager and their team with any administrative responsibilities.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a similarly professional, corporate environment
- Genuine passion for engineering, manufacturing, STEM, and/or marine environments – a related Bachelor’s Degree is highly desirable.
- An incredible attention to detail, self-motivated nature, a hunger to learn and a desire to succeed
- Tech-savvy nature with previous experience using various CRM systems, or a proven ability to quickly pick up new systems.
- Local to Great Yarmouth or the ability to relocate.
