We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a Leading Company in Great Yarmouth.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to progress their career with a growing business who supply to a range of sectors including offshore energy and maritime.
Previous experience working as a Project Manager in a commercial environment and experience in managing a team are both essential qualities for this role.
In this role you will be expected to manage a team of Project Managers, overseeing the quality of their work and ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and in line with expectations and financial obligations. The business is growing and taking on new work regularly so multi-tasking and strong time management abilities are key.
Additionally, you must be prepared to represent the department to the wider business, outlining objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction on a continuous basis.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the project management team
- Monitoring and responsibility over budgets
- Monitoring and communicating the project roadmap
- Ensuring governance policies and procedures are adhered to
- Adhere to KPI’s set by the business
- Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to drive projects
