Teaching Assistant Job

4myschools are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant school in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. As a TA your primary focus will be supporting classroom activities and contributing to creating an overall positive and productive learning environment. This placement will be on either a long-term or daily supply basis.

• Assisting the lead teacher with instructional tasks and classroom management.
• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Preparing instructional materials and resources.
• Monitoring and recording student progress and behaviour.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to implement educational programs and interventions.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, like grading and maintaining records.

• GCSE's or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in education or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
• Enhanced DBS.
