Key Responsibilities:

  • CIPD Qualification: Must be CIPD qualified at level 5 or 7 (minimum).
  • Complex ER Casework: Support complex Employee Relations (ER) casework, including medical cases. Knowledge of NHS and Managing Health and Performance Standards (MHPS) is preferable.
  • Mediation and Facilitation: Utilise mediation and facilitation skills to resolve conflicts and improve team dynamics.
  • HR Business Partner: Act as an HR Business Partner to support clinical and operational teams with complex HR queries.
  • Absence and Wellbeing Reduction: Lead best practices in supporting absence and wellbeing reduction projects, including leadership development and coaching.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in HR with relevant CIPD qualifications.
  • Experience in handling complex ER casework, particularly within the NHS or similar healthcare settings.
  • Excellent mediation and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as an HR Business Partner.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects focused on absence and wellbeing reduction.

Working Model:

  • Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days onsite a week.
  • Flexibility to support both full-time and part-time applicants.
