Based in Great Yarmouth and working within a specialist field the company is profitable and keen to continue on a growth trajectory.As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day to day finances of a sub£10M company which includes:
  • Board reporting – P&L / Cashflow
  • Year end accounts
  • Multicurrency transactions
  • VAT
  • R&D tax credits
  • Payroll
  Currently this a is a stand alone, hands-on role from transactional to board reporting. Moving forward you will develop a small finance team in line with the success of the company.  My client is keen to find someone who fits well into a team-centred family friendly company with strong values.  If you are a down to earth finance professional with experience of managing the finances for a small company this is an excellent opportunity for you.  An ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification would be useful but not essential – previous experience at this level and the ability to contribute ideas and promote change are key to this appointment.  Benefits are strong and include pension, private health insurance and an innovative, family friendly flexible working scheme that enables you to accrue additional holiday
