We are seeking a proactive and organisedSales Support Executiveto join a dynamic and fast-paced team, supporting our Client's sales professionals in delivering outstanding service to over 100 customers daily. In this vital role, you will be at the heart of the sales process, handling client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations that keep the sales momentum going.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Be the first point of contact, responding to client inquiries and providing information on our products and services.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to manage and track sales activities, including order processing, pricing, and quotations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, generating insightful sales reports.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain all sales-related documents such as presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with various departments (marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assist in nurturing existing client relationships and follow-ups.
- Administrative Support: Manage routine tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Requirements
- Experience in a sales support or administrative role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
