HSE Advisor / Great Yarmouth / Permanent / Salary up to 36,400PA.

Position 1 Recruitment is seeking an experiencedHSE Advisorto join our client, a reputable engineering services company to support health, safety, and environmental initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for professionals with a proactive approach, strong technical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and monitor HSE culture and compliance.

Develop and improve safety procedures and training.

Support vessel and shore-based HSE operations.

Conduct incident investigations and safety audits.

Represent HSE in client meetings and contract reviews.

A successful HSE Advisor should have extensive experience in HSE Auditing and incident investigations, strong communication and report writing skills,and must hold a NEBOSH Certificate.

Occasional offshore travel may be required, with additional rates applied accordingly.

This is a full-time permanent position Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours
