Engage Talent Partners are working with their client to recruit for a Warehouse Coordinator, based in Great Yarmouth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the stock levels, receiving and inspecting goods, and ensuring accurate records of all inventory movements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proactive approach to managing inventory and streamlining processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect all inward deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Process incoming deliveries in the database and manage stock control movements
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Pick and allocate stock for Engineers and new builds
  • Raise and manage purchase orders, negotiate pricing and handle supplier returns
  • Support local deliveries and collections as needed
  • Collaborate with stock management teams to optimize stock levels and processes

Applicants should have experience in inventory management, stock control or warehouse operations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge of stock and database management systems is highly advantageous.
