- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Oversee inspections, audits, and testing to identify non-conformities and areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor quality performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including SI-913, API, and DNV codes.
- Provide training and guidance on quality-related matters to employees.
- Manage the Quality team, including resource planning, recruitment, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Promote the organisation’s values and maintain a culture of quality excellence.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- ISO 9001 Auditor qualification.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma, ASQ) are desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in quality management within engineering or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and oil and gas industry standards.
- Experience in machining, fabrication, and project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to drive change and influence others to deliver improvement initiatives.
