Job Title: Admin Administrator/Project Account AdminContract: 12 MonthsLocation: Great Yarmouth (Initially 5 days in the office But could move to Hybrid Later on)
As an Admin Administrator you will be responsible for:
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
路 Monitor and run reports on company customer relation management (CRM) system for accuracy / trends.
路 Update and maintain company CRM system.
路 Setup Project鈥檚 in Company ERP system.
路 Monitor ERP system for costing accuracy.
路 Setup Project Folder structure.
路 Maintain business forecast tools.
路 Run reports on Project performance.
路 Document and maintain business action tracker.
路 Maintain effective communication with the account project managers.
路 Perform other assigned duties as required.
路 Cover tasks in the Billing team as required.
路 Support Country Leadership team.
Qualifications
路 Excellent computer skills.
路 Excellent Excel skills.
路 Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
路 Must be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
路 Must have exemplary record keeping and an eye for detail.
路 Must be a self-starter and natural leader who can work with little to no supervision.
路 Desirable - CRM Experience
路 Desirable - Oracle ERP Experience
路 Excellent safety attitude is a must. Must participate in all Company safety programs and adhere to all policies.
