This is a hands-on role where you will gain comprehensive knowledge of various manufacturing areas, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are upheld, and machinery runs optimally.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate within various manufacturing areas to develop expertise and ensure efficient production processes.
  • Maintain production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor production workflows, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet specified standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of production activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise workflows and drive continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor new team members on equipment usage, workflows, and safety standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on production performance and improvements.

  • Proven experience in training and mentoring production teams.
