Flux Consulting have partnered with a leading consultancy specializing in property and project management. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team in January. This role will support critical projects within the healthcare sector, working closely with NHS stakeholders to deliver excellence.

Duties of this role will include;

  • Oversee and manage complex healthcare projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Act as the key point of contact between Castons and NHS clients, maintaining strong and effective communication.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating across design, construction, and operational phases.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and regulatory requirements.

The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and experience;

  • Proven experience in project management within the NHS or healthcare sector is essential.
  • A track record of successfully managing projects of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Strong knowledge of NHS processes, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as PRINCE2, APM, or RICS accreditation, are highly desirable.
