Your new roleThis is a temporary HR Business Partner position for 3 months initially, with the possibility of extending up to 6 months. They are very flexible and welcome all flexible working requests.

As part of a close-knit HR team, key areas of responsibility will include supporting complex ER casework and HR queries.You may also be involved in a project focused on absence and wellbeing, as well as leadership development and coaching.

What you'll need to succeedYou'll need to be Level 5 or Level 7 CIPD qualified with strong employee relations experience, including excellent mediation and facilitation skills. The role is to start ASAP and requires 1 or 2 days per week onsite for in-person investigation meetings.
