They are looking for a Research and Development Manager to join their team in Great Yarmouth.The Research and Development Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant Degrees (ie. Physics, Mathematics, etc)
5+ years of management experience in an R&D environment
Proven experience leading R&D projects from concept to completion
Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative mindset
