Sanctuary Personnel is looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team, providing outstanding care in care homes across Great Yarmouth. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we’d love to receive your application.

Rates and Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Role Overview:

  • Delivering attentive and compassionate care to residents, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assisting with daily personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and mealtimes.
  • Encouraging independence and helping to create a positive, friendly environment for residents.
  • Following individual care plans closely and maintaining up-to-date, accurate records.

Requirements of the Support Worker:

  • Experience in a similar UK role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A caring, empathetic approach to supporting others.
  • Preparedness to complete all required compliance checks.
