Due to the nature of our roles,candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area.Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas.

You will need:

  • Full working rights in the UK (VP do not offer sponsorship)
  • Caring, patient and empathetic nature
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Motivation to make a difference to our clients
  • Experience of supporting clients with an Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours, or some form of care experience to meet a specific level of knowledge
  • Your responsibilities would include:
  • Providing high quality person cantered support to our clients
  • Supporting our client with working toward their rehabilitation/development goals
  • Moving and handling via hoisting
  • Supporting with daily living tasks and engaging in fulfilling and meaningful activities with our clients
  • Providing support to access the community that are engaging and fun for our clients
  • Personal care and physical support in a dignified and respectful way
  • Working under the supervision and guidance of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Managing complex behavior and risk presented.

You will need:

  • Experience of supporting clients with an Acquired Brain Injury and Complex Behaviours, or some form of care experience to meet a specific level of knowledge

Benefits:

  • £12.00 per hour + Holiday pay + pension!
  • Referral bonus when you help us build our team of dedicated staff. Earn £200 if you refer a support worker and £300 is you refer an RMN/RNLD

All successful candidates will require an enhanced DBS check, if not already registered on the update service. You will also be required to supply two satisfactory references
