Role: Junior AccountantLocation: Greenford, London Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join a globally renowned FMCG company, where you will play a vital role in supporting financial reporting and statutory compliance. This position is key to ensuring accuracy in financial data and the timely completion of month-end and year-end closings.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Statutory Supervisor with daily financial tasks, including posting journals and general ledger reconciliation's, ensuring adherence to monthly reporting schedules.
  • Conduct inter-company reconciliation's and collaborate with Shared Services and administrative teams across the Group to resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in external audit preparation, contributing to smooth interim and annual audit processes.
  • Partner with third-party logistics providers to address stock issues, contributing to efficient inventory management.
  • Support the accurate reporting of leasing contracts and assist with IFRS 16 compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, ideally ACCA/CIMA/ACA part-qualified or actively studying.
  • Proficient in SAP and advanced MS Office, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
