My client in Greenford is seeking a temporary School Premises Manager to assist with maintenance and security services.
The role is from December 4th to December 20th, 2024, with split shifts from 7am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm.
The purpose of the position is to manage property and security services, including inspections, maintenance, compliance, and repairs.
The salary for this role ranges from £15 to £17 per hour, depending on experience.
A clear Enhanced DBS check is required, which the employer will facilitate.

My client is based in Greenford and looking recruit on a temporary basis a School Premises Manager of the assisting in the maintenance and security services on trust premises thereby ensuring a safe working environment.

Temporary Cover from 4th December 2024 - 20th December 2024

Split Shifts 7am - 11am / 3pm - 6pm.

Purpose: To deliver thorough property management and security services for the school. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing inspections, maintenance, statutory compliance, and repairs for the academy’s buildings and grounds. Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, health and safety, and security are upheld.

Salary: £15- £17 depending on experience

Contract: Temporary
