We are currently recruiting for a Facilities & Compliance Manager for our growing client based in Greenford, Middlesex.

As Facilities & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and upkeep ofthe site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and secure working environment.

Key areas of focus will include:? Site Maintenance & Operations - Oversee the general upkeep of the building, warehouse,office spaces, and yard, including repairs, infrastructure improvements, and contractormanagement.? Security & Compliance - Maintain CCTV, alarm systems, access controls,? Health & Safety Compliance, including risk assessments,training,review and accident reporting.? Services & Facilities Management - Manage essential contracts (e.g., cleaning, wastedisposal, pest control, forklifts, and HVAC systems), ensuring operational efficiency and value.? ISO 9001 & BRC Compliance - Support the maintaining of these standards where site andfacilities compliance required? Emergency Preparedness - Act as the first point of contact for emergency issues andimplement proactive measures to prevent operational disruptions.? IT & Infrastructure Support - Oversee the day-to-day operational reliability of IT systems,including networks, cabling, and telephone systems.? Site Improvement Projects - Lead initiatives for cost savings, energy efficiency, processimprovements, and ongoing site development.? Estate Shared Services - Manage the maintenance of the surrounding estate, including roadsurfaces, landscaping, lighting, and security.
