Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the Personnel Department and supervising, training and motivating a team of Personnel Assistants

- Maintaining and updating all personnel policies and procedures in line with EU employment law

- Managing employee pension, life assurance, medical insurance and staff benefit schemes

- Assisting line Managers with annual staff appraisals and managing staff relation issues

- Completing staff development plans, co-ordinating training requirements and sourcing training providers

- Ensuring best practice in performance management is applied by line Managers
