Role Responsibility
Work Saturday, Sunday Monday. As a trainee, you will be trained on how to de-bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.Learn about the different meat cuts and specificationsWork in a s,afe clean working environment in line with current legislationAfter training is complete,ted have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
