Shift times are Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Monday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Role Responsibility
As a trainee you will be trained on how to de bone, break down and trim the meat cuts.Learn about the different meat cuts and specificationsWork in a safe clean working environment in line with current legislationAfter training is completed you will have the opportunity to progress through the pay grades in line with your skill level
