Location: Greenford
Job type: 6 month on-going contract
Rate: Up to £18.00per hour (depending on experience)
Hours:Â Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-13:00
Are you an experienced Senior stores Operative who wants to work for an exciting, world-leading company? We are looking for a Senior stores Operative who is hardworking with great attention to detail and have experience in exports within the manufacturing industry. Senior stores Operative Responsibilities:
- Inventory control including cycle counting and maintaining stock levels
- Coordinating and preparing goods for despatch for international shipment.
- Maintaining a well-organised stores layout.
- Supervising and guiding junior stores staff.
- Coordinating logistics between 2 site locations
- Assisting with kitting stock for production
The Senior stores Operative should have the following skills and experience:
- Stores or warehouse background
- Experience in guiding/leading a team
- Knowledge of despatch with international shipping
- Great attention to detail with experience in inventory control and stock counting
- Computer literate, use of ERP or MRP systems
