Do you have a love of live events/concerts? Are you an experienced Project manager within in this sector or within similar equipment hire sector?

The Project Coordinator role provides support and coordination for all aspects of the planning and execution of our various clients live events. from initial idea through to delivery.

• Acting at a central point of contact for your projects.

• Effectively manage your time effectively across multiple projects at once, all running across multiple time-scales and at different stages.

• Work closely with the project manager in all aspects of the project from booking to quotation, through to delivery and return.

• Work closely with production and freight forwarders to prepare international shipping documents.

• Use and develop your knowledge of the skills and crew required to build a successful team for the event or tour.

• Pro-actively address equipment shortages. Liaise and build relationships with third party suppliers.

Essential

• passionate interest in the Live events sector

• A creative thinker with superior problem-solving abilities

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the live events industry/equipment hire

• Previous experience of rental/stock management systems

• Project management skills
