Our client, a lifestyle heritage brand, is looking for a dynamic PA / Senior Administrator to join their team.

You will be reporting to the Chief People Officer, providing essential support to our Chief People Officer and Chief Executive Officer. In this crucial role, you will deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial assistance, contributing to the smooth operation of the leadership team.

You will have outstanding organisational skills, a proactive attitude and a knack for time management and prioritisation. Trustworthiness and the ability to manage confidential information discreetly are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive personal assistant support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

• Organise and manage travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation

• Coordinate meeting logistics by preparing and distributing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Prepare necessary materials for meetings, reports, presentations, and other documentation.

• Effectively manage and maintain the executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.

• Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.

• Organise and prioritise incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.

• Provide support with various administrative tasks as required.

• Oversee the coordination of electronic diary systems.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or administrative role

• Outstanding organisational skills with a proactive attitude.

• Strong time management and prioritisation skills

• Trustworthiness and discretion in managing confidential information.

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH - excellent company benefits.
