Finance Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for our well established client based in Greenford who are looking for a Finance Team Leader to join the business.
Your responsibilities will include full ownership of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank accounts and petty cash accounts and managing the payroll. You will report into the Financial Controller and assist in ensuring the finance team provides timely and accurate monthly financial information to the directors.
They are also ideally looking for someone who is at least part qualified in their AATs, they are also looking for someone who has experience managing a workflow of staff!
Finance Team Leader duties:
- Manage and support the accounts assistants with AP processing and reconciliation
- Responsible for ensuring bank account transactions are accurately processed
- Ownership of credit card processing and reconciliation
- Responsible for preparation and booking of monthly intercompany charges
- Dealing with accounts queries from Customer Services Team
- Responsible for accurate processing and reconciliation of various merchant transactional services
- Ownership of quarterly VAT submissions, payment and reconciliation for one legal entity
