Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
- Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Promote a positive learning atmosphere where students feel encouraged and motivated.
- Support students' emotional and social development, helping to build their confidence and resilience.
- Collaborate with teachers and to implement individual learning plans.
