Key Role Responsibilities
- Conduct sales and leasing activities, including viewings, follow-ups, conversions, and achieving leasing targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM data; handle documentation, payments, cancellations, and inquiries professionally.
- Provide exceptional on-site customer service, supporting resident events, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Inspect properties for quality, maintain local knowledge, and cross-sell when required.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, health & safety checks, and assist with minor maintenance as needed.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- General education; proficient in MS Office and property software (training provided).
- Strong customer service and sales experience in hospitality or similar fields.
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of UK Health & Safety and Landlord/Tenant laws; residential property qualification preferred.
