About the Company
Join a leading manufacturing and sustainable company specialising in Water, Heating, and Plumbing. They are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join their dynamic and expert team.

Job Purpose
Maximise machinery output and minimise plant downtime through effective preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown response, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment and promoting good engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities
" Swiftly remedy plant faults and defects to maintain plant serviceability.
" Complete reactive tasks across the site and proactively identify root causes and areas for improvement.
" Control work through Engineering procedures, including LOTOTO and the Permit System.
" Perform routine PPM on all M&E plant in accordance with site task schedules and asset lists.
" Immediately report all critical equipment operational issues to Engineering management.
" Complete all relevant paperwork and computerized records as required.
" Comply with all current work instructions and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
" Undertake any reasonable task within your capabilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Expertise
Required/Preferred Qualifications/Education:
" Electrical and mechanical engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
" Advanced Apprenticeship in Engineering or relevant qualification.
" 4+ years of engineering experience.
" Desired experience with assembly and moulding equipment.
" Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
" IEE 17th or 18th Edition certification desired.
" PLC experience desired.
" Air and pneumatics training desired.
" Knowledge of HSE processes and standards.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. This client is looking for a self-starter with at least 4 years' experience, ideally with some experience in plastics.
