Our client is a well-established and leading provider of water efficiency technologies in the UK and France. They specialize in rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems, primarily for large commercial and industrial projects such as airports and stadiums. My client recognizes that their success is driven by the talent, dedication, and hard work of their team.

Our client is seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented service engineer (plumber) with leadership qualities to join their team on permeant basis offering growth and career progression with internal training provided.

Essential.  NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and a valid plumbers CSCS/JIB Card.

Permanent Full-time role.

Available: Straight away.

Salary: 45k-55k depending on experience

Working Days: Monday - Friday (with flexibility required for working away from home on the odd occasion).

Hours - 39-hour week. Monday- Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm and Fridays: 8.30am - 1.30pm. 

The Role is based one day a week in the office in Greenford (UB6) and then onsite maintenance work in surrounding areas for the remaining days of the week.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience as a field service supervisor for pumping systems, cooling systems, or similar technologies in a construction environment.
  • Professional qualifications as a plumber, with a minimum of NVQ Level 2 (JIB Plumber).
  • Proven leadership skills with high working standards, capable of working independently to achieve expected results (SMSTS certification is a plus).
  • Strong motivation and a keen interest in self-development.
  • Confident in providing services to the building industry, with excellent customer relationship skills.
  • General computer proficiency (MS Office) and strong communication skills. Must be able to read 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Experience with rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems is beneficial but not required.
  • A full, valid manual driving license (must be over 25 years old).

A pension will be provided after a qualifying period. You will receive 22 days of holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays (including a Christmas shutdown). A company mobile phone and travel expenses will be covered.
