Key Details:

Role Overview:

We currently have a rare opportunity for a dynamic and customer service orientated individual to join our team, in a role responsible for the facilitation of onsite operational delivery to our prestigious customer. Working as part of a collaborative and engaged team, you will take a key role in achieving customer satisfaction while supporting our workforce and acting as an ambassador for our business. As an Onsite Planning Executive, you will be able to take a proactive, self-motivated approach and demonstrate good problem solving and decision-making skills. Essential to the role also are excellent organisation, prioritisation, attention to detail and communication skills. You will engage closely with both internal and external stakeholders to share information and gain the necessary support to meet the necessary targets and agreed objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Accountability for shift fulfilment in line with customer Service Level Agreements
  • Creation of signing in sheets and oversight of worker sign in / sign out process
  • Supporting payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate customer submissions
  • Assisting with the effective and timely resolution of all pay and general worker queries
  • Providing support to the centralised recruitment team by undertaking local attraction and recruitment activities
  • Managing the induction, onboarding and engagement of new starters
  • Providing support for the customer and our workforce in relation to informal issue management and formal HR case management
  • Completion of all required reporting
  • Attending internal and external meetings and onsite worker briefings
  • Maintain up to date training and systems records
  • Manage worker attendance issues, taking the necessary follow up actions

Delivering Service Excellence

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of all relevant policies, processes and systems, ensuring your own and customer compliance
  • Engage and develop effective working relationships with co-members, workers and external stakeholders
  • Identify and flag any risks to our business and the customer, offering appropriate solutions

Who we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate will have some experience of working within the recruitment industry and ideally within an onsite environment. You will be passionate about delivering first class customer service and be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience and attributes required:

  • Previous recruitment industry experience is essential, having worked in an onsite customer facing role is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, with an ability to identify and set own strategic objectives
  • Effective time management and prioritisation capabilities
  • Delivery of exceptional service that meets customer Service Level Agreements and deadlines
  • IT literacy with experience using MS Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Team
