Head Of Operations

The sales recruitment network, is recruiting for a head of operations. This is a hands on role, responsible for driving operations. This is a contract but could be extended or become more but not guaranteed.

• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the production and service department.
• Ensure operations align with company goals.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics.
• Handle adhoc projects.
• Cost savings.
• Oversee production processes.
• Manage and support production and service managers, providing guidance and leadership.
• Foster a high performance culture within operations.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise resources.
• Work closely with quality manager and security.
• Oversee Quality processes.
• Planning, monitoring and managing.
• Overseeing compliance.
• Other duties as and when.
