Job Description:

We are looking for committed and passionate Long-Term SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in the Ealing Borough. This full-time position requires availability for 5 days a week, providing consistent support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to students with SEN in various school settings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff.
  • Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Availability for 5 days a week.
  • Experience with SEN is desirable.
  • Experience with Team Teach and Makaton is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
