Reeson Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with Autism in Key Stage 2 at a friendly and inclusive primary school in Ealing. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child's learning and development.

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a child with Autism, ensuring they feel safe, engaged, and confident in their learning
- Encourage positive social interactions and help develop independence
- Adapt learning activities to meet the child's needs and abilities
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to track progress and implement strategies
- Communicate effectively with parents and external professionals to support the child's development
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with Autism (preferred but not essential)
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- A team player who enjoys working with children and supporting inclusion
- Team Teach training (a bonus but not required)
