Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism.
* Assist class teachers in planning and delivering tailored learning activities to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
* Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages all children to reach their full potential.
* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through patience and understanding.
* Maintain high standards of care, safety, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with children with SEN, is highly desirable.
* A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting children with diverse needs.
* Knowledge or experience supporting children with Autism and other SEN conditions is advantageous.
* A Level 2 Childcare qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
