We are seeking a passionate and dedicatedARP Primary Teacherto join a thriving and supportive, OFSTED GOOD, Mainstream primary school in Ealing. We are looking for someone who can create an inclusive learning environment, differentiating instruction to meet individual needs, and promoting the educational, social, and emotional development of students. The teacher will work in collaboration with other educators, support staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement differentiated lessons and activities that meet the needs of students with a range of abilities and learning styles.
- Work proactively and effectively in collaboration and partnership with learners, parents/carers, governors, other staff and external agencies in the best interests of pupils.
- Plan, teach, and assess lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, ensuring that lessons are tailored to the individual needs of the students.
- Teach a small group of students with a range of special educational needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people within the school.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support development
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably with a focus on students with additional needs.
- Understanding of child development and best practices in supporting students with diverse needs.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
