The Role

As the School Business Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the strategic management of the school’s financial, administrative, and operational functions. You will:

  • Manage the school’s budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Oversee HR, premises, and health and safety operations.
  • Lead the administration team to deliver excellent support services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Headteacher and Governors to support the school’s strategic vision.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive professional with:

  • Site management/ health and safety experience
  • HR experience
  • Arbor or Information Systems such as census
  • Experience with completing purchase order/placing orders
  • Experience of the of day to day school life
  • Assisting the Headteacher/SLT team as requested
