JLL are currently recruiting for an Estimator (intermediate or senior) for a groundworks and infrastructure company based in North Kent.
Company Vehicle or Allowance provided, pension scheme, phone, laptop.
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum depending on experience
Estimator requirements:
- Dealing with all Pre-Qualification enquiries from various sources, databases, advertisements, and referrals
- Undertaking considered tender evaluation to ensure that the company can carry out the work involved
- Communicate with Designers/Customer for clarification of project Scope of Work
- Attend site surveys
- Negotiating Costs
- Production of budget costs by detailed cost breakdown
Happy to travel to sites and attend client meetings
Education:
- HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or similar
