Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Greenhithe
Pay: £88 - £110 per day (via PAYE)
Vision for Education is a leading education recruitment agency that works closely with primary, secondary and SEN schools across Kent. We are currently recruiting for a part-time Teaching Assistant in a large primary school in Greenhithe.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and dedicated individual who is keen to inspire and support children from all backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and previous experience working with SEND children.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside class Teachers to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences
- Support in assessing and documenting children’s progress, fostering a learning environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential, regardless of their ability
- Show initiative and be proactive in creating a stimulating classroom setting and creating learning resources to enhance children’s learning
- Be passionate about making learning fun and child-centred education
- Work as part of a team to provide tailored support to children on a 1:1 or group basis
