We require an experienced Project Manager to work for a leading business in the construction sector. Applicants will need to have experience in a Project Manager capacity with ALLMI/CPCS Appointed Person qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and preferably a Project Management qualification
The role:
As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in planning and delivering projects for our customers. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from order through resource planning, costing, timescale planning and project delivery. You will also be accountable for the management of all aspects of safety, effective management of internal teams and sub-contractors, and for managing customer requirements when managing projects on their sites.
Flexibility is in terms of working hours and overnight stays are a requirement for the role to meet the project and business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in a Project Manager capacity with ALLMI/CPCS Appointed Person qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card
- Experience of project management methodologies e.g. Gantt Charts, Work Breakdown Structures, Schedule of Works, Bill of Materials etc.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards for lifting operations and construction.
- Preferably have Project Management qualification e.g. APM PPQ or equivalent
- Valid UK driving licence.
