Salary:23,792 - 25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, with some on-call weekend duties required.

Role Overview:We are looking for confident and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our bustling hot desks in either the industrial / Driving or healthcare sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys the challenge of fillingshifts quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the allocation ofshifts to candidates across either the industrial/Driving or healthcare sectors.
Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensureshifts are filled promptly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Source and vet candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate records ofshifts filled and candidate placements.
Participate in some on-call weekend duties to ensure client needs are met outside of regular office hours.
Achieve and exceed personal and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the desk.

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, door-to-door sales, cold calling, client engagement,shiftco-ordinating, or resourcing.
Industry knowledge in either industrial/Driving or healthcare recruitment.
