Our client are a leading supplier of lightside building materials providing to a mixture of trade and retail customers.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Assistant to join this busy branch in the Dartford area. The person will need to be responsible for leading and driving sales within the business. Exceptional customer service will need to be provided to ensure repeat business from both trade and retail customers. Additionally, you will be building client relationships to ensure that you are always the first point of contact for company sales.
As well as taking a leading role in sales, you will be a keyholder and will need to deputise for the Branch Manager in his absence. This is a senior role within the branch which has a total of 4 staff.
The hours are 8am-5pm 5 days a week with the branch being open Monday-Saturday. If you are working on the Saturday you will get a day off during the week.
Due to the requirements of dealing with trade customers, our client are looking to take on an experienced hire from within the trade supplies marketplace be that a builders merchant, drainage merchant, plumbers merchant, roofing merchant, or one of the more retail focused building supplies companies.
In exchange, our client are looking to offer the following:
- Basic salary of c27,500
