- Inspire your team to drive sales growth through excellent people management and inspire the team to hit KPI's.
- Take Leadership of the store and ensure effective floor Management
- Maintain incredibly high standards of visual merchandising
- Lead on Merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
- Oversea people development programmes for you teams.
