We’re looking for a skilled and ambitious leader with:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in audit within an accountancy practice, including at a senior management level
- Proven expertise in managing large client portfolios and leading audit teams
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative approach
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and compliance standards
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
