You will support the business through a period of growth and a recent acquisition, leading efforts in transforming customers into brand advocates, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for their subscription customers while enhancing direct-to-consumer excellence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and lead customer loyalty strategies.
  • Champion retention initiatives across teams.
  • Develop and manage the CRM strategy and budget.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in CRM and email marketing.
  • Expert understanding and hands-on experience of managing CRM platforms, marketing automation and multi-audience communications essential.
  • Experience of database management, database mining, list segmentation and contact targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and project management abilities.
