Join a charity-owned concert events business in Cambridge on a three-month fixed-term contract to support their fundraising and systems operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Support: Assist at monthly concerts, front-of-house duties, and ad hoc events, including a small-scale cultivation event in London in March.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage membership renewals, ticket bookings, invitations via Mailchimp, and board meeting minutes.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain donor records using the CRM platform Infoodle.
  • Transition Support: Work closely with the outgoing team members for a smooth handover and hold the fort until permanent recruitment is complete.
