Responsibilities in your new role as an Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will undertake a variety of responsibilities. This includes making tea and coffee, booking travel arrangements, and managing diaries. You'll also handle general administrative tasks, make critical executive decisions under pressure, and arrange meetings while managing calendars. Additionally, you will be responsible for completing expense reports, planning events, managing logistics, and attending meetings and conferences as needed.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We require a candidate with prior experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting entrepreneurial personalities accustomed to high demands. You should possess a strong personality and thrive under pressure, with the ability to make confident executive decisions when needed. Exceptional administrative skills, especially in diary management, are essential. Additionally, you must be willing to respond to calls and emails outside of regular working hours.
